Job Overview:
As a Play Attendant, you will be responsible for creating a safe, enjoyable, and engaging environment for hotel guest (also with children) within our play facility. Your primary duties will include monitoring play areas, ensuring the well-being of children, organizing and facilitating play activities, and maintaining a clean and welcoming space.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Supervise Play Areas:

- Monitor children as they play to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Enforce play area rules and address any unsafe behaviors promptly.

2. Customer Assistance:

- Welcome and assist families as they enter the play facility.
- Provide information about play areas, activities, and safety guidelines to parents and guardians.

3. Facilitate Play Activities:

- Organize and lead scheduled play sessions or activities for children.
- Encourage group play and ensure fair participation among all children.

4. Safety and First Aid:

- Be knowledgeable about basic first aid procedures and respond appropriately to minor injuries.
- Report any safety concerns or equipment malfunctions to the appropriate supervisor.

5. Maintain Cleanliness:

- Regularly inspect play equipment and play areas for cleanliness and safety.
- Clean and sanitize play structures and other equipment as needed.

6. Communication:

- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and fellow staff members.
- Provide assistance and information regarding play area policies and procedures.

7. Problem Resolution:

- Address and resolve conflicts or issues among children in a positive and constructive manner.
- Report any significant incidents or concerns to the management team.

8.Team Collaboration:

- Work collaboratively with other play attendants and staff members to ensure a cohesive and enjoyable experience for visitors.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Previous experience in childcare, recreation, or a related field is preferred.

3. CPR and basic first aid certification is a plus.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.

6. Physical fitness and ability to actively participate in play activities.

7. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:
The role may involve standing for extended periods, bending, lifting up to a certain weight, and actively participating in play activities.

Pay: From AED1,400.00 per month
