**Job Summary**:
The Draftsman will create detailed technical drawings and CCTV, Access Control, IT and ELV systems, or components. The role involves working closely with Technicians, engineers and other team members to produce accurate and high-quality drawings used for the design and installation purposes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Create Detailed Drawings**:

- Develop technical drawings, layouts, and detailed blueprints using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
- Produce 2D and 3D representations of designs based on specifications.
- **Collaborate with Teams**:

- Work closely with technicians, engineers, and project managers to ensure drawings meet design requirements.
- Interpret rough sketches and convert them into detailed designs.
- **Ensure Accuracy and Compliance**:

- Ensure that all designs comply with related consultants, codes and standards.
- Check and verify that drawings are accurate and contain all necessary information.
- **Revise and Update Drawings**:

- Modify existing designs and drawings based on feedback or changes in project specifications.
- Maintain an organized archive of all versions of the design files.
- **Support During Implementation**:

- Provide technical support during the implementation phase, ensuring that all drawings are followed accurately.
- Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings post-construction.
- **Documentation and Reports**:

- Prepare technical documents and maintain records of all designs and project details.
- Create reports or presentations as needed to communicate design concepts or progress.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- Diploma in Drafting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Draftsman or in a similar role, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with technical standards and specifications.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good understanding of building materials, systems, and construction processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- **Communication**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills for working with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
- Ability to clearly convey information in drawings and reports.
- **Certifications**:

- Professional certification in CAD or Drafting (preferred but not mandatory).

**Additional Information**:

- Knowledge of local authority approval procedures (if applicable).
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
