Reporting to the Head Chef, you will assist in the overall management and leadership of the kitchen, ensuring all standards and procedures are met resulting in consistency, quality and profitability.

**Qualifications**:

- This is a wonderful opportunity to join a creative culinary team and ensure high quality products are prepared in accordance with the hotels expectations. We are looking for a well-rounded Chef that is ready to lead our kitchen brigade.
- Current experience as a Jr. Sous or Sous Chef, or 2-3 years of experience as Chef De Partie in a 4/5 star hotel (or similar) environment.
- Proven knowledge & experience in all operational and functional aspects of kitchen operations.
- Sound knowledge of Kitchen P&L including labour and food costs.
- Proven leadership abilities including fostering an open and supportive environment where associates can have fun, take pride in their work and reach their potential.
- A positive, proactive approach and demonstrated enthusiasm.
