PK Holiday Homes Rental (Est. 2002) is looking for a passionate, energetic, and professional Holiday Homes Sales Agent who is passionate about delivering on the promise of excellence in customer service. By providing personalized attention to our guests and owners, you will help us maintain our quickly growing portfolio of vacation homes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Rental policies and guest satisfaction with their vacation experience
- Assist guests with their current reservations
- Assist owners with general questions and processes
- Ability to follow established procedures
- Meet and maintain company standards and metrics such as guest satisfaction, accuracy, efficiency, and inquiry conversion to reservations
- Build and maintain business relationships and open lines of communication with other internal support teams

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years experience in Holiday Homes Company in Dubai is MUST
- Fluent English mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong destination-based knowledge of local areas
- Highly motivated to sell; ability to build strong customer relationships and offer exceptional service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to include personable, professional telephone etiquette
- Self-disciplined and accountable for the achievement of goals, continuous learning and self-improvement
