**Job duties and responsibilities**
- Monitor and manage curing conditions to ensure correct hardening of composite materials, including temperature and pressure control.
- Follow all safety protocols and safely wear proper PPE to handle materials such as resins, chemicals, and glass fibers.
- Work closely with the production team and supervisors to meet production targets and ensure high standards of workmanship.
- Maintain laminating equipment and tools to ensure they were in good working order, reporting any faults to management as needed.

**Job Qualifications/ Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a GRP Laminator, composite fabricator, or in a similar role within any GCC countries
- Knowledge of GRP lamination techniques, including hand layup, spray-up, and vacuum bagging.
- Strong focus on delivering quality results, with the ability to identify defects and rectify issues during the lamination process.
- Familiarity with industry safety standards and properly handling materials such as resins, glass fibers, and curing agents.
- Familiarity with automated laminating machinery or vacuum-assisted lamination techniques.
- Certification or training in composite materials or laminating processes is a plus.
