**Position Overview**:
As an HR Executive at Tawseel, you will be responsible for managing key HR functions, including payroll administration, recruitment, and coordination of the visa process with our PRO. Your expertise will ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and support the overall wellbeing of our workforce.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Payroll Administration**:

- Oversee manual payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE regulations.
- Utilize Excel to manage payroll data and perform calculations, including overtime, deductions, and bonuses.
- **Recruitment & Selection**:

- Assist in the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting job openings, and coordinating interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- **Visa Process Coordination**:

- Ensure timely processing of visas and work permits in compliance with UAE regulations.
- **Employee Relations**:

- Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee grievances and facilitate resolutions in accordance with company policy and UAE labour laws.
- **HR Policies & Compliance**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations and keep abreast of changes in legislation.
- **Performance Management**:

- Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and support employee development initiatives.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on payroll, recruitment, and visa coordination.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
