**Overview**:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented _Logistics Dispatcher_ to join our fast-paced operations team. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient and timely coordination of deliveries within our logistics network.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and organize optimal delivery routes for our fleet
- Monitor real-time delivery execution and ensure all shipments are on schedule
- Communicate directly with drivers to provide support and resolve route-related issues
- Optimize delivery routes to reduce operational costs and increase efficiency
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports related to delivery performance
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth daily operations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in logistics dispatching or a similar coordination role is an advantage
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to changes quickly
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Proficiency with basic computer tools and logistics software
