**Job Vacancy: SITE ARCHITECT with Hospitality Project Experience**

We are seeking a **Site Architect** with expertise in hospitality projects to join our team. As a Site Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the on-site execution of architectural/interior designs and ensuring that all work aligns with the project’s vision, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Your experience in hospitality projects will play a key role in delivering exceptional results that meet both client expectations and industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise on-site activities to ensure that construction follows the approved architectural/interior designs and specifications.
- Collaborate closely with the project management team, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progress.
- Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials used in construction to maintain high standards.
- Identify and resolve any design or construction issues that arise during the project.
- Ensure all architectural/interior details, finishes, and overall aesthetic quality are properly implemented.
- Provide regular reports on the project's progress, including any delays, issues, or changes required.
- Participate in site meetings.
- Stay updated on relevant hospitality design trends, regulations, and construction practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Site Architect, with significant experience in hospitality projects.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality-specific design requirements, building codes, and architectural standards.
- Proven ability to oversee large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and quality.

Pay: From AED1,000.00 per month
