**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for healthcare professionals, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews and assessments.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and regulatory changes related to healthcare recruitment in Dubai.
- Assist in the development of recruitment marketing materials and employer branding initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (3+ years) as a recruiter in the healthcare sector in Dubai.
- In-depth knowledge of the UAE healthcare system and regulatory requirements for healthcare professionals.
- Strong experience in recruiting a wide range of healthcare positions, including medical, nursing, administrative, and allied health roles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations specific to recruitment in the UAE.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
