Running a precision manufacturing operation requires someone who understands that quality and efficiency aren't opposing forces - they're requirements. You'll lead our production teams and ensure we maintain excellence as we scale.

Your Role:

- Direct multi-line production of critical components
- Drive quality standards across every product category
- Optimize operations without compromising standards
- Lead teams that understand precision matters
- Implement systems that scale effectively
- Coordinate with maintenance for maximum uptime
- Analyze production data to improve operations

Required:

- 5+ years manufacturing operations experience
- Production team management background
- Strong production planning capabilities
- Proven inventory management experience
- Leadership and problem-solving track record
- Safety and quality control process knowledge

Highly Preferred:

- Injection/blow molding experience
- FDA-regulated manufacturing background
- Lean manufacturing implementation

Daily Operations:

- Direct multiple production lines producing everything from medical containers to industrial vessels
- Coordinate with quality control to maintain standards across all product categories
- Manage material flow and production scheduling to meet client deadlines
- Lead and develop a team of skilled operators
- Implement efficiency improvements while maintaining quality standards
- Work with maintenance to ensure maximum machine uptime
- Analyze production data to optimize operations
