**Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities:
**Patient Care**:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patients' conditions and progress, and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Provide wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, and other clinical procedures as needed.
**Coordination and Communication**:
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and preventive health measures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
**Support and Advocacy**:
- Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their families, helping them navigate the healthcare system.
- Advocate for patients' needs and preferences, ensuring their voices are heard in care planning and decision-making.
**Safety and Compliance**:
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines to protect patients and staff.
- Ensure all nursing practices comply with UAE healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Current, valid DHA or DOH license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the UAE.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience, preferably in a homecare or community health setting.
- Proven ability to manage a caseload of patients with varying healthcare needs.
**Skills**:
- Excellent clinical and assessment skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and other healthcare software.
**Personal Attributes**:
- Empathy and patience in dealing with patients and families.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
**Working Conditions**:
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to travel within Al Ain to visit patients' homes.
- Physical stamina to perform nursing duties, including lifting and moving patients.
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
