**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare a wide variety of sweets such as cakes, cookies, cupcakes, treats and donuts, following our traditional and approved recipes
- Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting.
- Continuous creation of new designs and shapes for the items we sell.
- Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc. and make appropriate orders within budget.
- Manages all day-to-day operations of the pastry and bakery section of the kitchen.
- Maintain a high quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking.
- Working knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations (pastries that are gluten free, sugar free etc.)
- Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs

Requirements and Skills:

- Proven experience as an assistant baker, or relevant role.
- Great attention to detail and creativity.
- Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking or relevant field
- Flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings, when necessary.
- In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques and nutrition

**Experience**:

- Bakery/cake decorator: 3 years (required)
- Existing residency visa is a plus

**Language**:

- English (required)

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
