- Take orders for future deliveries during route runs.
- Follow assigned delivery routes efficiently.
- Optimize delivery timings and sequence.
- Load van with the required stock at the beginning of the day.
- Keep track of stock in the van and maintain records of sales, returns, and damages.
- Prepare and hand over invoices to customers.
- Collect payments (cash/cheque) and reconcile at the end of the day.
- Submit daily sales and cash collection reports.
- Report customer feedback, competitor activities, and market trends to the sales manager.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Address customer complaints or escalate them to the right department.
- Identify and onboard new retailers or clients.
- Keep the delivery van clean and roadworthy.
- Ensure compliance with traffic laws and safety procedures.
- Monitor product expiry dates and remove near-expiry/damaged goods.

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Van sales: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- Arabic,English, Hindi (required)
