- Create and optimize images, icons, banners, and other graphical assets for web use while ensuring optimal loading times and performance.
- Stay updated with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve design strategies and techniques.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital touchpoints, ensuring visual coherence and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and troubleshoot any design-related issues that may arise during development.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven portfolio showcasing a diverse range of web and graphic design projects, highlighting creativity, aesthetics, and technical skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and familiarity with prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and mobile-first approaches.
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design frameworks, enabling effective collaboration with developers.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts, ideas, and rationale to team members and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to evolving project requirements and priorities.
- Prior experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and an understanding of the project lifecycle.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and their integration into design is a plus.
- Animation and video editing skills are a bonus but not required.
