- **MIS Platform Support**: Provide daily support and troubleshooting for educational MIS platforms.
- **Data Extraction & Analysis**: Use SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources for reporting and analysis.
- **Reporting & Visualization**: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to deliver actionable insights for stakeholders.
- **Data Quality Assurance**: Monitor, validate, and resolve data discrepancies to ensure high standards of data accuracy and compliance.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with academic and operational staff to gather data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- **Documentation & Training**: Maintain documentation for data processes and provide training or basic support to staff when required.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field.
- **Experience**:3-5** years in a Data Analyst or similar role.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Strong expertise in Power BI (dashboards, reporting, and data visualization).
- **Other Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
