The plant operator in the plant is responsible for operating and maintaining the equipment used in the process in accordance with the process and procedures set out. The plant operator has production quantity and quality responsibility. The plant operator must carry out prestart inspection of his plant prior to start up. Reporting to production supervisor on any issues, production updates. The plant operator should manage his team under him effective to meet production targets.

Primary Duties:
1. Operating various types of equipment, such as crushers, conveyors, screens, and washers, to process materials as per process and procedures set out by the company.

2. Conducting prestart, routine inspections on equipment to identify potential issues before they become major problems.

3. Reporting equipment breakdowns and failures in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime and ensure maximum productivity.

4. Monitoring equipment performance and adjusting as needed to maintain optimal processing conditions.

5. Monitoring inventory levels of materials and supplies and communicating with production supervisors to ensure a steady supply of materials.

6. Ensuring that all safety procedures and protocols are always followed, including the use of personal protective equipment and lockout/tagout procedures.

7. Communicating with production supervisors and other team members to coordinate activities and minimize disruption to production schedules.

8. Continuously seeking to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall plant performance.

9. Perform any other duties as directed by the line manager.

**Salary**: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
