Sales Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
Looking young and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the sales/brands team, managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales Support & Coordination**
- Assist the sales team in daily operations, including order processing and client communication.
- Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and contracts to clients.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
- Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, warehouse, finance) for order fulfillment.
**2. Customer Relationship Management**
- Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing support.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and assist in onboarding new customers.
- Handle complaints and escalate issues to the sales manager when necessary.
**3. Order Processing & Logistics Coordination**
- Process and track sales orders, ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics teams for shipment arrangements and delivery schedules.
- Ensure proper documentation for invoicing, payments, and order dispatch.
**4. Sales Reporting & Analysis**
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
- Track sales targets and assist in meeting business objectives.
- Identify trends and suggest strategies to improve sales performance.
**5. Marketing & Promotional Support**
- Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns and events.
- Support the sales team with marketing materials, presentations, and product catalogs.
- Gather market insights and competitor analysis to help improve sales strategies.
**Key Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a related role.
**Skills & Knowledge**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software and ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
