**Position: Barbecue Speciality Chef / Grill Master**

**Location**:Ajman**

The _**Grill Master**_ is responsible for overseeing the **Zanzibar Signature Beach Restaurant **kitchen operation.

**JOB FUNCTIONS**:

- Understand **BBQ operation and BBQ smoker.**:

- Experienced in **Texas style BBQ smoking**.
- Follow Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef directives.
- Prepare all menu items and daily specials according to standard recipes and as specified, to ensure consistency of product.
- Supervise Zanzibar kitchen team preparation & production.
- Maintain all necessary paper works.
- Coordinate with the Executive Sous Chef on daily orders and requirments.

**Skills**:

- **Mastery of Flames**: Expertise in controlling grill temperatures for optimal cooking and flavor.
- **Culinary Creativity**: Ability to craft unique and delectable marinades, rubs, and sauces.
- **Meat Mastery**: Skill in selecting, seasoning, and grilling various cuts of meat to perfection.
- **Precision Timing**: Knowledge of cooking times to ensure dishes are consistently mouthwatering.
- **Safety Savvy**: Prioritizing food safety measures and proper grill maintenance.
- **Adaptability**: Thriving in high-pressure environments and adjusting to changing menu demands.
- **Team Player**: Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and exceptional dishes.
