**Duties and Responsibilities Summary**:

- Business development to identify new investors and clients.
- The role includes prospecting potential clients, analyzing market trends, intermediate negotiation processes ensuring a fair and honest deal.
- Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in the given time frame. Handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales targets.
- Develop new business opportunities in various geographies with research, prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales target.
- Presentation to customers on our project. Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals.
- Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.
- Be knowledgeable of the market and all new projects.
- Manage a portfolio of listings.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, with detailed information on their requirements.
- Be a market specialist so you can advise and guide your clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience is preferred (Off Plan Sales)
- Well-presented and a good work ethics.
- Has excellent problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates strong customer service skills.
- Possesses excellent organizational skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of computer, such as MS Office.

**Education and Professional qualifications**:Any degree.

**Experience: Previous Sales/Business Development experience is required (Having Real Estate experience is an advantage)**

**Joining time**:Immediate / Freshers/ Tourist (having local experience considered)

**Other benefits**:As per UAE labor law.

Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai.

**Salary**: From AED5,000.00 per month
