**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Leasing Duties**:

- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and explain leasing terms
- Prepare and process lease agreements and renewals
- Maintain records of lease expirations, renewals, and terminations
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for unit readiness and tenant requests
- Support marketing efforts to attract new tenants

**Basic Accounting Tasks**:

- Collect rent payments and issue receipts
- Prepare and maintain rent collection reports
- Assist with billing, invoice tracking, and petty cash management
- Record and reconcile payments using property management/accounting software
- Help with monthly financial reporting for leasing income

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in leasing or property management
- Basic accounting knowledge or experience (e.g., invoice handling, rent collection, reconciliations)
- Good command of English (verbal and written); other language skills are a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with property management software is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
