**Outdoor Sales Representative (Females Only)**

**Employment**: Full Time **Salary**: TBD **Location**: Ajman (Hybrid)
- Achieve the monthly targets with qualitative and quantitative objectives set by management
- Motivate and manage customers **(Government Entities, Brand Hypermarkets, Hotels, High End Restaurants)** within the designated geographic area for brand/product portfolio development
- Ensure brand visibility and merchandising in locations as per the company guidelines
- Service and activate existing customer base and develop their loyalty for consistent business
- Identify new and prospective customers, educate, create awareness and activate them to increase numeric distribution
- Follow-up with the trade and timely collect outstanding as per the company provided credit limit
- Customer Centric Approach: Follow up on after sales service & timely credit collection
- Organize and plan the routing to ensure optimum coverage in assigned area
- Monitor stock level and replenishment, sales processes and forecast business with accuracy
- Administrative function; meeting deadlines related to designated area (daily visits feedback, weekly trend, daily sales report, business/collection review)

**Requirements**:

- Must be located in the UAE, preferably in Ajman or Sharjah
- Previous experience in FMCG outdoor sales in UAE is a must (Tissues and Napkins)
- Must join immediately, holding visit visa or previous employment clearance
- Must have good communication skills in English and Sub-Continental Languages
- Must have a valid UAE manual driving license with experience in structured route planning
- Energetic, people person, professional, presentable look and motivated to be in a fast paced, challenging and thrilling environment

Location is hybrid (Outdoor, Driving & Anywhere)
