We are looking for a Server to join our fast-growing specialized bakery team in Al Quoz, Dubai, UAE to support our retail, dine-in, catering and wholesale operations.

**Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:
1. Greeting Guests: Warmly welcoming guests as they enter the restaurant, escorting them to their tables, and providing menus.
2. Taking Orders: Accurately recording guests' food and beverage orders, including any special requests or dietary restrictions, and conveying them to the kitchen or bar staff promptly.
3. Serving Food and Beverages: Delivering orders to guests' tables in a timely manner, ensuring that dishes are presented attractively and according to the restaurant's standards.
4. Providing Recommendations: Offering suggestions and recommendations from the menu, including food and beverage pairings, based on guests' preferences and inquiries.
5. Checking on Guests: Checking in with guests periodically to ensure satisfaction with their meals, addressing any concerns or issues promptly, and offering additional items if desired.
6. Processing Payments: Presenting bills to guests, processing payments accurately and efficiently, and handling cash and credit card transactions securely.
7. Maintaining Cleanliness: Clearing tables, removing used dishes and glassware, and resetting tables for the next guests. Keeping the dining area clean and organized throughout the service period.
8. Knowledge of Menu Items: Having a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and any allergens or dietary information, to answer questions from guests.
9. Team Collaboration: Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly. Communicating any special requests or modifications from guests effectively.
10. Adhering to Health and Safety Regulations: Following proper hygiene and sanitation practices, including handwashing, wearing gloves when handling food, and adhering to food safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure guest safety.
11. Handling Guest Feedback: Listening attentively to guest feedback, whether positive or negative, and addressing any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Seeking assistance from management when necessary to resolve more complex situations.
12. Language Skills: Proficiency in English is usually required, as it is commonly used as the primary language of communication in the hospitality industry in the UAE. Knowledge of Arabic or other languages commonly spoken by tourists and residents in the UAE may be beneficial.
13. Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
14. Appearance and Grooming: You are expected to adhere to specific grooming standards, including neat and clean appearance, modest attire, and adherence to cultural norms regarding dress and appearance.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma / Certification in Hospitality Management or equivalent or experience in lieu
- **3-5 years’ experience as a Server or 3 years’ experience as a server in a Restaurant, or Hotel.**:

- Strong attention to detail and engagement with guests
- Good communication skills and strong leadership skills. This position will require daily communication and hand off to the next shift for smooth operation and to meet the brand’s high-quality standards.
- **Flexible to work in different shifts (Early morning, daytime or night shift)
