Position: Facilities Management (FM) Storekeeper

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records of all materials, supplies, and equipment in the Facilities Management (FM) store.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries of FM materials, ensuring they meet quality standards and match purchase orders.
- Organize and store FM materials and supplies in designated storage areas, ensuring proper inventory rotation and stock organization.
- Issue materials, supplies, and equipment to maintenance staff and contractors as per approved requisitions.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder FM supplies as needed to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between inventory records and actual stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with storage and handling procedures for FM materials to prevent damage and loss.
- Coordinate with procurement and finance departments to process material requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the FM store and surrounding areas.
- Assist in preparing reports related to inventory management, stock movements, and material consumption.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a storekeeper or similar role, preferably in the facilities management or maintenance industry.
- Knowledge of facilities management materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy items.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to warehouse operations.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
