**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated Female Automotive Service Advisor to join our auto garage team. The service advisor will be responsible to greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle service needs. Act as the main point of contact between the customer and the service department. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by ensuring a positive experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide clear explanations of required services, repairs, and associated costs.
- Schedule vehicle maintenance and repair appointments effectively.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of repairs.
- Communicate updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicles.
- Ensure customer concerns and preferences are clearly communicated to the service team.
- Identify additional maintenance needs or recommended services based on manufacturer guidelines.
- Upsell products and services that enhance vehicle performance or meet customer needs.
- Provide cost estimates and offer financing options when applicable.
- Maintain detailed and accurate service records, repair orders, and customer histories.
- Process payments and prepare accurate documentation.
- Follow up with customers after services to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- Resolve customer complaints or disputes in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide alternative solutions if unexpected issues arise during service or repair.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, recalls, and best practices.
- Stay informed about new automotive technologies and service techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a service advisor in the automotive industry (mandatory).
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance, repair processes, and automotive systems.
- Good Understanding of automotive components, maintenance schedules, and repair terminology.
- Ability to explain technical details to customers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Proven ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services or products.
- Confidence in upselling without compromising customer trust
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple appointments simultaneously.
- Proficiency in creating detailed and accurate service orders.
- Resourcefulness in resolving customer complaints or handling unexpected issues during repairs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying customer needs.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
- Must speak Arabic and English
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
