We are inviting experienced Sales Professionals with proven exposure to sales leadership to lead and drive the performance of a sales team within our **forex and trading business**. This role is designed for individuals with a strong sales foundation and the ability to guide, influence, and drive team performance through disciplined execution and accountability.

The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for achieving team revenue targets, supporting people development, and working closely with management to drive consistent and sustainable growth in our **sales operations.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a **forex sales team**to achieve assigned revenue and volume targets.
- Drive daily sales activity, performance tracking, and pipeline management.
- Support team members in closing deals and handling objections.
- Ensure proper CRM usage, follow-ups, and reporting accuracy.
- Monitor call quality, conversion rates, and individual productivity.
- Maintain a performance-driven and disciplined sales culture.
- Execute sales strategies provided by management.
- Provide regular performance updates and insights to leadership.
- Ensure adherence to company sales processes and compliance standards.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Proven experience in sales with exposure to team handling, mentoring, or sales leadership.
- Strong closing, negotiation, strong problem solving skill and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to drive targets through discipline and consistency.
- Strong communication and people management skills.
- Experience in forex, trading, fintech, or financial sales is an advantage.
- Results-driven mindset with accountability and professionalism.
