- **Front Desk Management**:

- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and timely manner.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.

**-**Administrative Support:*
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate with facility management to ensure a well-maintained office environment.
- **Customer Service**:

- Respond to inquiries from clients, customers, and employees.
- Provide basic information and assistance as required.

- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronically and physically.
