**Qualifications**
- Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Modeler skills
- Experience in Architectural and Construction Drawings
- Architectural 3D Modeling knowledge
- Proficiency in creating accurate Revit 3D BIM models
- Ability to work with precision and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Architectural systems and engineering principles
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, or related field
