Amalgam Group of Companies is hiring an HR Assistant for our Office at Umm Al Quwain.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update employee personal documents (hard and soft copy).
- Maintain accurate attendance, overtime, leave, and absence records.
- Preparing appointment letters and / or any other HR related documents.
- Respond to employee queries and provide general HR assistance.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information professionally.
Requirements/Skills:
- Entry level - 1 year of experience in HR, administrative or support role, preferably within the UAE.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proactive and collaborative team player.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
