**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all platforms, ensuring that all materials reflect the company’s vision and the specific project requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create eye-catching visuals for property launches, events, and promotions.
- Manage website visuals and ensure all content is updated regularly with high-quality images and infographics.
- Design signage, billboards, and exhibition stands for real estate shows and promotional events.
- Produce 2D and 3D mockups, presentations, and other visual materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and real estate industry standards to ensure our content is both innovative and competitive.
- Edit and enhance property images for promotional use.
- Support digital marketing efforts by creating social media graphics, ads, and multimedia content.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, with an emphasis on real estate or architecture.
- Knowledge of 3D rendering tools and experience creating property visualizations is a plus.
- Familiarity with web design and basic HTML/CSS is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Experience**:

- graphic designer: 2 years (preferred)
