Join our team as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant and leverage your expertise to deliver exceptional solutions in HR technology. You will play a pivotal role in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors modules, translating business needs into system requirements, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Your missions
Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Performance, Onboarding, Recruiting, and Employee Central, to meet partner requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into system solutions.
Identify issues within the SAP SuccessFactors environment and implement effective solutions.
Manage the successful delivery of projects within established timelines and budgets.
Conduct system testing and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal performance.
Communicate effectively with partners and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
**Profile**:
Minimum 2 years of experience working as an SAP Consultant, specifically with Performance, Onboarding, Recruiting, and Employee Central modules.
Proven ability to configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements.
Strong analytical skills with a knack for translating business processes into system configurations.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with partners and stakeholders.
Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Passion for technology consulting and problem-solving in HR systems.
