**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the GM, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and internal/external communications.
- Act as the first point of contact between the GM and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, memos, and other confidential documents with precision and clarity.
- Handle high-level confidential matters with integrity and professionalism.
- Follow up on action points and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Liaise with senior management and departmental heads on behalf of the GM.
- Assist in strategic planning and daily operations as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (minimum 5-7 years) as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior-level executives.
- Strong, assertive personality with the confidence to represent the GM effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and business communication tools.
- Discretion and confidentiality are a must.
- Flexible, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Driving License

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
