**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python.
- Work with distributed systems, databases, and blockchain integrations.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps, product, blockchain
engineers).
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in production environments.
- Stay updated with emerging Python libraries, frameworks, and blockchain ecosystem
tools.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 3-5 years of professional experience in Python development.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with at least one Python web framework (FastAPI, Flask,
Django).
- Solid knowledge of REST APIs / GraphQL design and integration.
- Strong experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
- Proficiency in Git / version control and collaborative development workflows.
- Good understanding of unit testing and test automation (PyTest, unittest).
- Familiarity with Docker / containerization for deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

**Good to Have (preferred)**:

- Experience working with blockchain/Web3 technologies.
- Knowledge of asynchronous programming (asyncio, Celery, Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Exposure to DevOps / CI-CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
- Prior experience in startups or high-growth tech companies.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month

- Object-oriented programming & Design patterns : 4 years (preferred)
- Python web framework (FastAPI, FLASK, DJANGO): 4 years (preferred)
- REST APIs/GraphQL, Git/version control : 4 years (preferred)
- PyTest, unittest, Docker/containerization : 4 years (preferred)
