Site Supervisors aid in leading, supervising, and maintaining quality control of assigned program sites. We are actively looking for a swimming pool supervisor having 4-5 years of experience in the construction and maintenance of all types of swimming pools. this is a permanent position working with laborers and reporting to the Project Manager. The Site Supervisor will assist in planning, implementing, and participating in well-organized and varied indoor and outdoor landscape projects. Site Supervisors are responsible for supporting day-to-day site operations, administrative and supervision duties.

Essential Duties & Tasks:

- Maintain company standards in all interactions with clients, personnel, and the public.
- Assist managers in conducting morning safety meetings.
- Ensure daily safety inspections of equipment, vehicles, and job site.
- Complete daily paperwork, including but not limited to, employee timesheets, recording of daily mileage, numbers of vehicles and equipment used, and billing sheets for any extra billable work.
- Perform landscape duties, including but not limited to, pruning, planting, and mowing.
- Initiate repair of any malfunctioning or unsafe equipment.
- Communicate with Field Supervisor and Account Manager on topics such as, but not limited to, crew members, equipment issues, and job-related concerns.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience required:

- General knowledge of landscape maintenance, irrigation systems, and landscape construction.
- Supervision experience.
- Knowledge of SWIMMING POOL LANDSCAPE
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Civil & plumbing knowledge
