**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator with a background in real estate and a strong focus on tenant customer service. This role is central to keeping our office running smoothly while providing top-notch support to tenants and team members alike.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
- Coordinate property maintenance requests and communicate updates to tenants and vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease documents, and property information.
- Support property management team with reporting, compliance documentation, and administrative tasks.
- Assist with onboarding new tenants and conducting move-in/move-out documentation.
- Liaise with external service providers, contractors, and real estate professionals as needed.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within real estate or property management.
- Strong background in customer service, with a focus on tenant relations.
- Familiarity with tenancy contract registration process (Fujairah, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, & Dubai) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of lease agreements, rental regulations, and property maintenance workflows.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
