- Has a undergraduate degree or major in Arabic
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience of Arabic A
- A demonstrable track record of raising student attainment in Arabic and produced outstanding results
- Has experience in mentoring and developing staff to improve their teaching practice
- Is confident in using a range of data to raise attainment and progress
- Has experience providing an inspirational experience of the Arabic language to produce the best possible outcomes for learners
- Has evidence of ‘Outstanding’ teaching practice
- Is confident in planning engaging, student led lessons
