**Role Description**:

- This is a full-time on-site position for a Property Consultant (Leasing) at Al Khat Al Thahabi Real Estate in Sharjah. The Property Consultant will be responsible for the tasks of collecting rental units according to a business plan set by the management, the plan aims to achieve the highest possible monthly return for the Property Consultant, consulting clients on property options, communicating effectively with clients, providing excellent customer service, driving property sales, and leveraging experience in the real estate industry.

**Qualifications**:

- Consulting, Communication, and Customer Service skills.
- Sales and Real Estate knowledge.
- At least one year of experience in the leasing field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.
- Proven track record in sales or real estate industry.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Experience in property leasing and understanding of market trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
- Driving License (Car preferred).
