**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori items, biryanis, and regional specialties.
- Develop and refine recipes to enhance the menu.
- Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
- Manage kitchen operations, including ingredient sourcing, preparation, and inventory control.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in compliance with health regulations.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff when required.
- Work collaboratively with the Manager and kitchen team to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Monitor food costs and minimize waste while maintaining quality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an **Indian Cuisine Chef** in a restaurant or catering setting.
- Expertise in Indian cooking techniques, spice blends, and ingredient selection.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,800.00 per month
