**About the Role**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Leasing Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leasing our residential properties, ensuring a positive experience for both prospective tenants and current residents.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct tours of available rental properties and effectively communicate key features and benefits to potential tenants.
- Negotiate lease terms and rental rates with potential tenants.
- Prepare and finalize lease agreements and ensure timely execution by all parties.
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities and property inventory.
- Market vacant units through various channels, including online platforms, signage, and open houses.
- Follow up with potential tenants in a timely and professional manner.
- Build positive relationships with current tenants and address their concerns promptly.
- Assist with property maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of tenant issues.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and rental pricing in the Abu Dhabi area.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of one year of experience as a Leasing Agent or a related customer service role.
- Proven experience in exceeding leasing goals and quotas.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (a plus).
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- A positive attitude, a professional demeanor, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
