Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized counseling sessions to students and parents to understand their educational goals, interests, strengths, and aspirations.

Assist students in exploring various academic and career pathways based on their interests and abilities.

Offer detailed information on available educational programs, courses, colleges, universities, and vocational training options.

Stay updated on the latest developments and changes in the education industry, including admission requirements, scholarships, and financial aid opportunities.

Conduct assessments and aptitude tests to help students discover their strengths and identify suitable career paths.

Provide guidance on study abroad programs, including information on universities, admission processes, visa requirements, and living arrangements.

Collaborate with educational institutions, colleges, and universities to establish partnerships and maintain up-to-date information on their programs.

Maintain accurate records of student interactions, counseling sessions, and relevant documentation.

Organize and participate in educational events, career fairs, and workshops to promote educational opportunities and build relationships with students and parents.

Monitor and evaluate student progress, offering support and resources to address academic challenges and enhance overall educational success.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling student information and sensitive data.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. A master's degree is desirable.

Proven experience in education counseling or a related role, preferably in a school, college, or educational consultancy setting.

In-depth knowledge of educational systems, admission procedures, and scholarship opportunities.

Familiarity with a wide range of academic and vocational programs and their corresponding career prospects.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and educational professionals.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a large caseload of students and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, exhibit empathy, and provide non-biased guidance to students from diverse backgrounds.

Knowledge of study abroad programs and international education systems is a plus.

Professional certifications in counseling or career guidance are advantageous.

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
