**Job Summary**
We are looking for a reliable and detail-driven Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations for our real estate business. This role requires hands-on experience with property accounts, rentals, commissions, and regulatory compliance. If numbers are your thing and accuracy is non-negotiable, this role fits.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate books of accounts for real estate transactions
- Record rental income, sales, commissions, and service charges
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking
- Coordinate VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
- Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors
- Track agent commissions and owner settlements
- Maintain proper documentation for contracts, invoices, and payments

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-4 years of accounting experience (real estate experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting standards
- Advanced Excel skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
