A food processing company is sourcing for an experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor, based in Dubai
**Position**: Quality Assurance Supervisor (Male)
**Base Locations**: Dubai Industrial City, Dubai, UAE
**Reporting**: Quality Assurance Manager

**Job Types**: Full-time
**Education**: Bachelor or higher degree in Food Technology
**Experience**: 2 year experience in Food production company

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Responsible for monitoring critical control points (CCP).
- Responsible for monitoring and product food safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Responsible for conducting Cleaning & sanitation verification checks on equipment’s, factory and other areas required.
- Responsible for the correct recording and filing of all relevant record logs and Documentation.
- Responsible for conducting various tests on Dates and Date products.
- Ensures the correct recipe guidelines for products are met during processing
- Ensures employees are following all Food Safety and worker safety & hygiene practices.
- Conduct training and educates employees on food safety and GMP standards.
- Collect product samples for Product Development, lab retains and the laboratory when directed.
- Perform inspections on Products, Equipment and Machinery.
- Inspecting and reporting any non-conformity or incidents/accidents to the QC Manager
- Online inspection of Raw Materials. Semi-Finished product and Finished Products.
- Responsible for checking compliance status on incoming materials (Raw material and Packaging materials) and outgoing finished products.
- Conducting Internal audits and report any non-Conformities with proper corrective and preventive actions.
- Responsible for maintaining and conducting Traceability.

**Skills Required**:
Good Knowledge in HACCP.
Trained in ISO: 22000:2018 or any GFSI approved schemes.

AGE-Below 30

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
