As a Deputy Chef de Partie (DCDP) specializing in Italian cuisine, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Chef de Partie and Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen. You will take charge of specific sections, ensuring food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards are consistently met.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Senior Chef de Partie in the preparation and cooking of Italian dishes, including pasta, pizza, risotto, and other traditional and contemporary offerings.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to ensure quality standards are upheld.
- Ensure all ingredients are prepared in advance, with a focus on fresh, seasonal produce and authentic Italian flavors.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety throughout the kitchen.
- Assist in the development of new menu items and seasonal offerings.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and served to the highest standards of presentation and taste.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak times.
- Handle kitchen operations efficiently, particularly during busy periods.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients when needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an Italian kitchen environment (minimum 2-3 years).
- Strong knowledge of traditional Italian cooking techniques, ingredients, and dishes.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about food and culinary excellence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
