**About Us**:
We are a premium steakhouse located in **Baniyas, Abu Dhabi**, dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience with top-quality food and outstanding customer service. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our front-of-house team as Waiters/Waitresses.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately
- Provide detailed information about menu items, daily specials, and promotions
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for efficient service
- Process bills and payments accurately
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant setting (steakhouse or fine dining experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Good command of English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
