We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Channels team within Commercial Banking, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.
**In this role, you will**:
- Develop products and deliver projects that align with the defined strategy for the Interactive e-channels
- Develop products and deliver projects that are globally competitive and are focused on the customer
- Follow a standardized approach to the delivery of capability across the platforms
- Ensure that engagement with product groups to define and deliver on-line product capability is reflected in the scope and quality of product and projects delivered
- Develop products and deliver projects that support the demise of non-standard internet platforms
- Ensure all products and projects add value to the P&L
- Ensure all products and projects are delivered in accordance with the Delivery Strategy of the Global Order book
- Manage all product and project risks including risk associated with fraud, data management, legal regulatory/compliance etc
- Be an SME to client facing teams
- Ensure completed products and projects are commercialized appropriately
- Ensure customer feedback is heard and acted upon where relevant
- Ensure any relevant contributions are made to the global development and running of the eCommerce business
Requirements
**To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements**:
- Basic understanding of banking product management, digital technology
- Knowledge of Payments and Cash Management or Global Trade and Receivables Finance (GTRF)
- Experience in managing e-commerce platforms
- Experience in project/programme management with relationship management skills and/or industry product specialist
- Good business acumen and commercial awareness, together with a sound knowledge of the full range of transaction banking products commerce and/or ecommerce
- High level oral and written communication skills and presentation skills including public speaking
- Technical and Computer skills. HSBC net knowledge is highly preferred
- Flair for complex and analytical reasoning
- Graduation degree is a must - to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit
