- Creativity and artistic skills
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and decorations
- Attention to detail and ability to work within budget constraints
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and team members
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and carrying heavy objects
- Experience in the hospitality or event industry is a plus
- Degree or certification in floral design or related field is preferred
