**About the Role**

We are seeking a confident and well-connected **Education Partnerships & Career Pathways Coordinator** with a background in **Early Childhood Education (ECEC)** to build and manage strategic partnerships with **nurseries and childcare centres across Dubai**.

This role is **partnership-driven.**

Your primary responsibility is to **establish employer relationships, sign MOUs, and secure workplace training and practical placement opportunities** for students enrolled in Early Childhood Education and Care programs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and manage partnerships with:

- Nurseries
- Childcare centres
- Early learning providers across Dubai and nearby Emirates
- Engage centre owners, managers, and directors to:

- Present NEI’s workforce and training partnership model
- Negotiate and sign MOUs for student placements
- Secure and coordinate:

- Workplace training opportunities
- Practical placement pathways for ECEC students
- Act as the main liaison between:

- Employer partners
- Academic team
- Students
- Maintain structured records of:

- Partner centres
- Placement capacity
- Employer feedback and outcomes
- Represent the organisation professionally at:

- Centre visits
- Industry meetings
- Education and employer engagement events
- Support student employability and placement alignment
- _(Sales or recruitment experience is an advantage)_

**Essential Requirements**
- Background in **Early Childhood Education or Primary Education**:

- _(Teacher, coordinator, centre administrator, or similar)_
- Minimum **2-4 years’ experience** in one or more of:

- Nursery or childcare centre operations
- Early childhood teaching or academic coordination
- Education partnerships or employer engagement
- Strong understanding of:

- Nursery operations and staffing challenges
- UAE childcare and early learning environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage targets
- Professional presence with decision-makers

**Highly Regarded**
- Existing relationships with nurseries or early learning centres in the UAE
- Experience signing MOUs or managing external partnerships
- Arabic language skills (advantage)
