**JOB SUMMARY**

Position has responsibility for supervising and coordinating activities of employees delivering spa & recreation services, including salon if any, skin care, program coordination, reservations, reception desk, massage and locker room areas. Position focuses on ensuring guest and employee satisfaction and achieving the operating budget.

**SCOPE / BUSINESS CONTEXT**
- A Full Time position based at Le Meridien Al Aqah Beach Resort.

- Titles of Direct Reports - Recreation supervisor & Sr Lifeguards

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**

**Experience**:

- Minimum 4years’ experience as a manager in the Spa / recreation operations or related professional area.

**Skills and Knowledge**
- **Customer and Personal Service** - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- **Analytical/Critical Thinking** - The ability to gather and organize information using a logical and systematic process; recognize patterns and relationships in complex data; examine data to identify implications, problems and draw appropriate conclusions; generate alternative solutions to problems; evaluate strengths, weaknesses and consequences of alternative solutions and approaches to solving problems.

**Education or Certification**
- **Spa training or experienced certificate**:
