We are seeking a friendly and organized **Female Veterinary Receptionist** to be the welcoming face of our clinic and assist in delivering a seamless experience for our clients.

**Job Summary**:
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for pet owners, creating a positive and professional impression. Your role will include managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, and ensuring clients and their pets feel valued and cared for.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival.
- Manage appointments and maintain an organized schedule for the clinic.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about clinic services.
- Handle client check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments and invoices.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including maintaining client records and updating files.
- Provide support to the veterinary team by ensuring smooth communication between clients and staff.
- Address client concerns or escalate them to the appropriate staff member as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role (experience in a veterinary or medical setting is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in using computers and appointment scheduling software.
- Passion for animals and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
