We are looking for a talented and passionate Demi Chef de Partie specializing in Arabic Cuisine to join our culinary team at Dubai Marine Beach Resort & Spa. The Demi Chef de Partie will be responsible for assisting the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in preparing and cooking authentic Arabic dishes, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, and ensuring a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of Arabic dishes according to recipes and standards
- Ensure that food preparation areas are clean and hygienic at all times
- Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profitability
- Assist in the training and development of junior kitchen staff
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role, with a focus on Arabic cuisine
- In-depth knowledge of Arabic culinary techniques and ingredients
- Creativity and passion for creating authentic and delicious Arabic dishes
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
