- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Site Inspector to join our team. As a Construction Site Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that construction projects comply with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, monitoring construction activities, and providing recommendations for quality control and compliance.**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and applicable regulations.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Review construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications to become familiar with project requirements.
- Identify and report any deviations, defects, or non-compliance issues to the project team.
- Verify that materials and equipment used on the site meet quality standards and project specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to address any issues or concerns.
- Document inspection findings, prepare detailed reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Provide guidance and recommendations for corrective actions to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
- Conduct tests, measurements, and assessments to verify compliance with building codes and industry standards.
- Stay updated with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.**Inherent Requirements**

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in construction inspection are preferred.
- Proven work experience as a Construction Site Inspector or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and equipment.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong observational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with project stakeholders.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Proficiency in using relevant inspection tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
